How do we feel during the celebrations of a birthday, witnessing the birth of a child, completing a marathon, getting a promotion or making a lot of money? When those events occur, we're excited and feel good. It's difficult to be happy and maintain low energy at the same time. Celebrate events that you normally would not celebrate like reading a newspaper or mowing the lawn. Give yourself a reason to celebrate your everyday life, and your energy levels will increase.
In parts I and II of this series of articles, you learned that there is a cause and effect to everything in life. Your thoughts are the cause and your results are the effect of those thoughts. You also learned that emotion must be attached to the thoughts and ideas that you want to come true. The stronger the emotion, the more quickly the desire will show up in your life. Just make sure the emotion is positive. You learned that these thoughts and emotions start off as seeds and when you plant the right seeds, you reap exact results.
Well, even though everyone wants success and wealth, each person's definition and picture of them will be uniquely different. First, choose and write down what they are for you. How it looks and feels; what you have, do and are. To know which exact seed to plant, you must know exactly what you want the outcome to be. No vague, feel good descriptions will work here, because that will be exactly what you receive - something vague.
With knowing what you exactly want, then comes making sure those seeds become strongly rooted. You do this by focusing and bringing forth strong positive feelings or emotions. This connects your desire seed into your being strongly. The stronger your emotions, the more deeply rooted your desire must become and the more quickly it then appears in your life.
